All purchases made from our company are subject to the following conditions.
Cancellations and Order Changes
If you need to change or cancel an order, please email all@bodyaware.com as soon as possible. We process and ship orders continuously during normal business hours, so once an order has entered our processing stream it is usually too late to amend or cancel.
What we will do
• If your cancellation request reaches us in time, we will cancel the order and refund the amount to your original payment method.
• Please note: payment processing and administrative costs from the original transaction are non‑refundable. A 3% administration fee may be deducted from any refund.
Repeated cancellations and chargebacks
• We understand plans change, but repeated ordering followed by cancellation creates significant costs. We reserve the right to apply a higher administration fee or to refuse service to customers who repeatedly place and cancel orders.
• If you raise a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may refuse future orders from your account.
Regarding International Purchases
We ship worldwide from our Arizona manufacturing and distribution center. UK customers have the opportunity to avoid import taxes by ordering from our UK site. We can ship to other countries outside the EU, UK, and USA, but please be aware you may be charged customs import duties and taxes, plus handling fees. These are the responsibility of the customer to pay and cannot be reimbursed by Body Aware. Packages that are returned marked RTS (Return To Sender) due to refusing delivery or not paying customs fees will be charged a 10% restocking fee plus postage costs incurred.
Shipping times vary considerably from country to country, depending on the local delivery service. Typically most packages sent by regular airmail are received within 1-3 weeks. International customers are still responsible for shipping charges if an order is refused.
Please be aware that when customs clearance procedures occur, delays can be caused beyond our original delivery estimates.
Trademarks
- Body Aware Inc. retains all rights regarding trademarks, trade names, logos and images. These are registered and/or common law trademarks of Body Aware Inc. Any use of Body Aware Inc's images or marks without written permission is strictly prohibited, and Body Aware Inc will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the full extent of the law. This includes uses of names that could cause confusion by their similarity to "Body Aware".
- Body Aware Inc will not tolerate trademark infringement by use of our trademarks or names in meta tags and/or hidden text for the purposes of gaining higher rankings from search engines.
