I normally wear size 34-36. I ordered Large. They fit perfectly. Nothing is choked or slipping out of the pouch. The pouch holds everything perfectly. The fabric is soft and comfortable. The stitching and assembly is quality work. When I wear this, I barely know I'm wearing anything. This fabric would be great for face masks. I want to order more.
