Something I never thought could be an issue when looking for underwear was penis size. Now that I actually wrote it out onto a random white space on the internet, it seems ridiculous that I would think it wouldn't be, but with how often we get questions about whether or not their “well-endowed” penis would fit into our designs, I’ve noticed that it’s definitely an important factor in looking for a pair of underwear. So now, with this knowledge under my belt, let's talk about how to know whether or not you have a Big Bratwurst, or a Tiny Todger. (Why yes, we did have a lot of fun with those nicknames.)
So here’s the thing: the average penis size, when erect, is 5.5 inches, and when flaccid the average size is 3.75 inches, according to Bedbible.com/penis-size-statistics. Check out the link to see how your country ranks on penis size and many other interesting and invaluable facts.
Are you surprised? Underwhelmed? Rushing to see if yours matches up? (Relax, you’re fine, no matter what size you are!) I thought this would be a useful bit of information to share, because penis size does seem to be important to a lot of people outside of shopping for underwear, as well. It can be a big source of insecurity, because many guys think they need to be 7-8 inches to be considered competent. However, the average size is plenty big! Even if you’re below average, hey, there’s no need to fret. Just means you don’t have to uncomfortably shove it into tight pairs of underwear, right? Comfortability is pretty great, in my opinion.
So if you’re below average, you might be considered a “Tiny Todger.” In the underwear world, that means you can wear underwear with smaller pouches with fabric that doesn’t stretch, like our 3 Degrees of Dazzle Tanga. However, you might want to avoid underwear that has bigger pouches, as the pouch will look a bit off since it’s not being filled.
If you’re above average, you’ll want to stay away from non-stretchy underwear like the one we mentioned above, (unless you’re going for the “exposing half of my penis” look.) Our Silk Satin Tanga, however, has a smaller front that stretches out to accommodate bigger penis sizes. If you want something specifically meant for your bigger penis, our Invisible Shaper Brief is stretchy enough to fit you in there! It's made with an incredibly stretchy, contouring pouch that should fit you, no matter how big you are.
I never knew penis size could be a big issue when looking for a pair of underwear, but knowing which ones would accommodate bigger or smaller guys is definitely helpful! It’s good to be aware of that kind of stuff, you know? Now you can shop for underwear with full awareness of whether you have a Big Bratwurst, or a Tiny Todger!

I have been searching for a company to start listing pouch sizes as well as waist sizes! It would be nice if all your underwear could come in waist and pouch size options. BA be the first to break the ice and help us chaps out! I am well endowed and it is difficult to find underwear that I don’t spill out of. Especially something that is sexy, silky, and comfortable. Too often I cannot fit myself into the ‘one size fits all’ pouch and I am left having to skip out on buying styles here that I desperately want but know I won’t fit into.
Keep this conversation going!
I’m a small stature guy @ 5’2" but pack a 6.75" buddy. Growing up I didn’t know there was variety to underwears. I just wore the typical whitey titey mama buys when I was a kid. In my teens, I switched to boxers because all my friends wore them. I was never comfortable in any under garmets as there just wasn’t any support and I’m constantly having to reposition myself. In my early 20’s I came across mens bikinis. It had a fairly nice front pouch that provided sufficient room when I’m not erect and good support for me and it also stopped my buddy from sticking and rubbing my thighs or flayling around during regorious activities. Finally something that is made for small stature guys that pack a punch.
I am a very small guy unfortunately. I’m about 1” maybe flaccid. About 2.5” hard. My balls are tiny as well. Would really be nice to have pouch sizes on underware. I have to get an XXXL to fit my waist and my balls just bounce around in there. It can be very painful.
I would say the biggest issue is what to do with balls and a c*#k that never stop touching my thighs. I’m 6” flaccid and have gone as far as designing my own underwear to solve this issue. I like the freedom of boxers, but there is no protection from chaffing, so I use creams to keep the jock itch at bay.
If a company would do package sizing for da boys as well as waist size, that would be awesome.
My penis is just slightly larger than the average stats stated in the article so I’m definitely not big. However my balls are let’s just say more than adequate for my penis size & provide me with quite the load of ammunition which I thoroughly regularly enjoy! Yes pouch size matters of course. When wearing pants or shorts & coverage is lacking the chafing effect can detract from wearing some of the most comfortable underwear on the planet! Agreed?
